Colombo Street Kiwibank and Retail Development

About the Project

This project involved the construction of Kiwibank’s central city retail centre and offices. There are also a number of independent retailers in this development.

The building has a footprint of 870m², with a floor area totalling 2,600m² over three levels. It occupies a high profile site and was constructed at a time when many other significant builds were occurring in the CBD.
