Colombo Street Kiwibank and Retail Development
About the Project
The building has a footprint of 870m2, with a floor area totalling 2,600 m2 over three levels. It occupies a high profile site and was constructed at a time when many other significant builds were occurring in the CBD.
This project involved the construction of Kiwibank’s central city retail centre and offices. There are also a number of independent retailers in this development.

Our team also completed fitouts for the Kiwibank retail branch on the ground floor and their corporate offices on levels 1 and 2. These were treated as separate projects.
