Real Projects, Real Responsibility
From day one, you’ll be contributing to live projects.
The FLP is structured to give you exposure across site, office, and commercial teams, so you experience every part of a project lifecycle. You’ll work on planning, cost management, design coordination, and delivery challenges, learning how decisions on one site or in one office affect the broader project and business.
This hands-on experience ensures you graduate with confidence, practical skills, and a clear sense of your leadership potential.
