Speights Brewery Tour

About the Project

In August 2017, Leighs Construction completed this project involving refurbishment of the popular Speights Brewery tour in Dunedin.

The project was carried out to an exceptionally tight programme, which necessitated the works being completed within a two-month period, to ensure the tour was open for the busy tourist season.

Included in the works was the demolition of existing internal masonry and timber walls, removal of existing floor finishes and levelling of the floors. New partition walls and floors were then constructed, along with architectural finishes and fittings.

The delivery team worked closely with the client to integrate the works into their internal health and safety requirements.
