About the Project

Voted the best office in the world at the 2019 World Architecture Festival, The B:HIVE at the North Shore’s Smales Farm is inspired by the latest thinking in workplace design and ergonomics.

With 11,000m² of flexible working spaces, B:HIVE is divided into five levels, each with two areas: dedicated and shared.

With a focus on wellbeing, a vertical atrium allows natural light into all floors, with a spiral orange staircase winding its way through the central atrium.

Today the B:HIVE is a key feature of Smales Farm’s Goodside, with countless workers enjoying the facilities and surrounding bars and restaurants.
