Leighs appoints Will Brown as Regional Manager - North Island

Leighs Construction has appointed Will Brown as its new Regional Manager - North Island, strengthening the company’s leadership capability and long-term focus across the region.

Will, based in Auckland, will lead Leighs’ North Island operations and take responsibility for project delivery, regional performance, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Chief Executive André Lovatt said the appointment reflects Leighs’ commitment to building a strong and stable presence across the North Island.

“Will brings extensive leadership experience across major construction and development projects. His commercial capability, operational focus, and people leadership will enhance our North Island operations and support our long-term strategy,” André said.

Will joins Leighs following a senior leadership career in commercial construction, where he has led large operational teams, complex projects, and regional growth programmes across New Zealand.

“I’m looking forward to joining Leighs and working alongside a talented team to deliver great outcomes for clients and communities across the North Island,” Will said.

Will’s appointment strengthens Leighs’ leadership in the North Island and, in his position on the Executive team, supports the company’s ongoing focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, communities, and project teams.
