Announcing André Lovatt as Our New Chief Executive

We’re pleased to announce that André Lovatt will be joining Leighs as our new Chief Executive from 23 June 2025.

André brings a wealth of experience and strong, people-focused leadership. He is currently Chief Infrastructure Officer at KiwiRail and has previously held senior roles at Auckland Airport and the Arts Centre of Christchurch Trust Te Matatiki Toi Ora. An engineer by background, he has also worked in Australia and Singapore, leading Arup to win the Marina Bay Sands development.

André will be based in our Auckland office and will regularly travel to Christchurch to connect with our teams, clients, and partners. He’s excited to meet everyone and continue building strong relationships.
