This project involved the construction of a significant mixed-use facility within an existing campus environment.

The Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Building 4 project is a 53,000m², highly-serviced, concrete and steel mixed-use building. It comprises five science laboratories, a manufacturing facility, distribution centre, and two model shops and two cafeterias. It also includes a large, open-plan office space incorporating seven light wells to house large trees and water features, which lends a sense of openness, space and nature to the working environment.

This project won Gold in the Commercial Category at the 2021 NZ Commercial Project Awards.
