In August 2017 Leighs commenced delivery of the new UCSA building Wellness Precinct infrastructure at the University of Canterbury.

The 3,500m², two-storied purpose-built student association building provides the student body with facilities including a Performance Theatre, Function Centre, Social Spaces, Club Spaces, Bars, UCSA office and external entertainment areas, including an amphitheatre and outdoor kitchen.
