Anthony Leighs
Founder and previous Managing Director of Leighs Construction, Anthony has chaired the board since 2025.
From its inception in 1995, Anthony has led Leighs Construction to become the successful and well-respected commercial construction company it is today. His abilities have been recognised within the construction industry, and he was winner of the NZIOB Young Achiever in 2002 and joint winner of the NZIOB Supreme and Innovation Awards in 2005. In 2011, he was awarded commendation at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
Paul Duffy

Paul Duffy
Paul Duffy is a seasoned investment and property executive with over 35 years of leadership across listed and unlisted entities in New Zealand and abroad. He has led IPOs ( CEO/Director DNZ/Stride listing), capital raises, and strategic mergers including Augusta Capital’s integration with Centuria.
His governance expertise spans funds management, capital markets, property development, and construction, and is underpinned by a strong track record of delivering robust investment returns.
Sinead Horgan

Sinead Horgan
Sinead is appointed Chair, Audit and Risk, a role for which she has significant experience. Sinead qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has previously held Senior Executive roles at the ANZ and BNZ banks before embarking on a governance career where she has held board appointments in the banking, construction, insurance, manufacturing and IT sectors. Sinead has chaired the audit and risk sub-committees on most of her board appointments.
