Undertaken as an integrated fitout while the base building was still under construction, the project incorporates partition walls with high acoustic performance, specialty ceilings, services, joinery features and kitchen space. It also includes a bike store and shower facilities on the ground floor.

A feature wall recycled from earthquake timber provides a warm contrast to the glass components of the modern reception, halls and communal areas.

All aspects of an environmentally friendly and sustainable office space went into the design of the fitout. Great care was taken with all materials and plant selection, manufacture, construction, commissioning, handover, and maintenance activities to ensure sustainability targets were reached. Of particular importance was waste management, to reuse and recycle a minimum of 90% of construction refuse, according to a strict waste management plan.
