The building provides high-spec office space on the upper levels, with high-profile retail space at street level. The building occupies a prominent triangular site; its pilaster features and arched windows are a modern take on the previous building's classical architectural style.
222 High Street is a 4-storey office and retail building in the heart of Christchurch's retail precinct.
