About the Project
This project comprises a multi-level car park and retail precinct adjacent to the company’s inner-city gym.
The ground level will house three tenancies and a back of house truck dock area. The seven-level carpark has a through-site link that connects Wellesley Street with Victoria Street, including an upgraded rooftop slab to allow for future gym activities.
