Paul Dennis joins the Leighs Executive Team as GM HSESQ

Leighs is pleased to announce that Paul Dennis has joined the Executive Team as General Manager - Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, and Quality (HSESQ).

The Executive Team brings together senior leaders responsible for shaping strategy, guiding project delivery, and ensuring Leighs’ people, clients, and communities thrive. Each leader brings expertise across key areas of the business, from operations and commercial to finance, people, and HSESQ, ensuring we continue to grow safely and sustainably.

Paul has been working alongside the Executive Team throughout 2025, providing strategic guidance on health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. During his tenure with Leighs, Paul has supported the implementation of ISO standards and Toitū sustainability initiatives, ensuring Leighs maintains the highest standards across its projects.

Paul leads a talented team of HSESQ professionals whose work underpins our success. His appointment reinforces the importance of HSESQ at the highest level of the organisation and reflects Leighs’ ongoing commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
