About the Project

The FMG office building completes the development of the Agri-Export Precinct at Christchurch International Airport (CIAL).

Part of CIAL’s expanding commercial property portfolio, this project included an integrated office fitout, staff break out spaces, and structural works.

Leighs completed the full building fitout including ceilings and floor coverings but excluding equipment installation. The FMG Office building creates a strong relationship to the adjacent motorway overbridge, as a gateway to the airport entry.
