Blackwells Holden and Mazda

About the Project

Occupying a corner site with extensive street frontages on two of the city’s busiest thoroughfares, Leighs Construction created highly visible and easily accessible showrooms and yards for Blackwells Holden and Mazda.

This 2,000m² project includes several linked, but distinct showrooms, sales offices and parts department, as well as office space and staff amenity areas.

The showrooms cover a total area of 1,600m² and are constructed of steel portal frames with extensive curtain wall glazing. Features include the latest in eco-friendly technology, extensive native landscaping, advanced seismic engineering, and dedicated delivery bays.
