Leighs is delivering the $9 million PGG Wrightson Head Office Project on the Christchurch International Airport campus.

The PGG Wrightson Building is part of CIAL's expanding commercial property portfolio. It will house the National Head office for PGW, accommodating 3000m² of office space spread over two floors, as well as on-site car parking, and amenity spaces.
Located within the Agri-Export Precinct of the Christchurch International Airport campus, this project houses the National Head office for PGG Wrightson, accommodating 3,000m² office space spread over two floors.
The facility includes on-site car parking, amenity spaces, and landscaping of a recreational area, where table tennis courts, basketball, bike storage, and an entertainment area is for the use of all tenants in the building.
